Union Communications (“Union Comm”, “the Company”), a leading agency in policy advocacy and communications in Hong Kong, proudly announced that Sam Han was appointed to the International Advisory Committee by the China-BRICS Science and Innovation Incubation Park, on November 14, 2024.
This significant appointment marked a new chapter in the Company’s commitment to fostering international collaborations in science and technology innovation across the BRICS countries.
Sam Han, who has over 20 years of expertise in policy advocacy and communications in the technology and innovation sectors, will bring his vast experience and insights to the committee. Under his leadership, Union Comm has spearheaded numerous initiatives that align closely with the goals of the China-BRICS incubation project, particularly in digital inclusion and gender equality.
Located in Xiamen, Fujian Province, the China-BRICS Science and Innovation Incubation Park serves as a hub for technological and entrepreneurial exchange, aiming to harness the collective capabilities of BRICS countries to advance scientific research and business innovation. Sam Han’s role in the Committee will involve guiding the incubation park’s strategies to enhance its global network and coordinate the BRICS countries’ collaboration.
